SGK Series Automatic Belling Machine
Product Description
SGK series pipe belling machines can be used for expending PVC plastic pipes and are often used in conjunction with PVC pipe production lines.
We, Chenxing Machinery can provide both full automatic and semi-automatic belling machines, and two types of belling moulds are available: R type and U type.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC system for precise control and high speed. The machine can also be equipped with PLC control system of domestic or Siemens brands according to customers' requirements
Main Features
1. Used for plastic pipe belling, such as PVC, PE, PP-R pipe
2. Important auxiliary machine for pipe extrusion line, it can not only be operated separately, but also be a part of extrusion line.
3. Enlarging solvent type socket (straight type) and enlarging stretch seal type socket (R type and rectangle type).
4. Machine frame is welded of cold drawn rectangle steel tube with features of good structure and strength and without shaking when machine running.
5. Heating oven adopt force balanced circle air flue design with features of heating fast, evenly; the pipe can rotate positive and negative, lower consumption.
6. High automatic level,PLC toch screen control, all actions are pre-setted, machine will work automaticlly.
