I. General Characteristics
PVC double strand fiber reinforced hose builds a high-strength composite structure by virtue of double strand fibre cross-reinforcement technology, with PVC as the inner and outer base material, embedded with a precision woven fibre skeleton in the middle, specially designed for high-pressure, high-frequency pulsation and complex environments. The product has the characteristics of anti-twisting, wear-resisting and long life, which meets the severe fluid transmission requirements in industry, engineering, agriculture and other fields.
II. Structure Analysis
1. Inner layer of hose:
Weather-resistant PVC material, smooth inner wall, strong chemical stability, can be customized to resist oil, weak acid and weak alkali formulations, suitable for a variety of media.
2. Reinforcement layer:
double strands of high-strength fiber (polyester) to form a tight reinforcement by weaving process, high fibre density, high tensile strength, effectively resist high-pressure impact and mechanical stress.
3. Outer layer of hose:
thickened PVC protective layer containing anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet additives, not easy to discoloration, which have strong weather resistance, can be used under normal working conditions for 3-5 years.

working pressure 8-15bar (0.8-1.5MPa), burst pressure ≥ 24bar, support for continuous high-pressure conditions (can be 10bar pressure continuous operation).

the double strand fiber reinforced structure makes the hose 40% more resistant to spiral deformation, the bending radius is ≤4 times the diameter of the hose, and there is no crack after frequent bending test, suitable for high-frequency mobile scenarios.
- Strong environmental adaptability:
the temperature resistance range is -15℃ to +65℃ (the ultimate short-term temperature resistance is 80℃), with a high UV resistance index. The performance retention rate after 5 years of outdoor open-air use is ≥90%.
- Low maintenance cost:
the inner and outer layers are corrosion-resistant and non-scaling, reducing the cleaning frequency; the overall weight is light (60% less than that of rubber hose), reducing the energy consumption for handling and installation.
