II. Structure Design
The PVC transparent fluid hose adopts a single-layer homogeneous structure.
It is made of high-purity polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the base material, combined with environmentally friendly plasticizers, heat stabilizers, and anti-freezing agents, etc., and is formed by a precise extrusion process.
The hose wall has uniform density, ensuring the stability of fluid transportation.
The internal surface is smooth, effectively reducing fluid resistance; the external surface retains high transparency while enhancing anti-scraping and wear resistance, avoiding surface scratches that may affect the observation effect.
