HDPE Jacket Process Flow:
Vacuum feeding PE granule-->hot air dry material-->extrusion plasticizing-->mold shaping-->Vacuum sizing-->water cooling-->Pulling out-->cutting pipe-->carrier laying-off pipe
The produced pipes are used for thermal insulation purposes and are widely applied in central heating, oil, natural gas, and other industrial sectors.

High-efficiency Single Screw Extruder:
The single screw features a barrier & mixing head and a new model barrel with slotting (channel), ensuring good gelation, large output, and stable performance.Die-head:
The inner surface that contacts plastic materials is polished and chrome-plated to ensure smooth material flow and prevent rust. Pipe wall thickness uniformity can be adjusted by bolts. The copper calibrating sleeve in the die-head cools the freshly formed pipe and calibrates its outer diameter.Vacuum Calibration Tank:
The vacuum calibration tank consists of a frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, and position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts air from the sealed tank to pressurize the pipe, which clings to the calibrating copper sleeve, ensuring proper diameter. Spray nozzles cool the pipe surface from all directions.Hauling Machine:
The hauling machine consists of a driving device, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate, and foundation bed. It is driven by an AC motor with frequency conversion control, allowing for adaptation to different extrusion speeds.No-Dust Cutter:
This cutter utilizes a blade punching principle to ensure dust-free cutting. It includes cutting, clamping, and synchronous movement devices for efficiency.Control System:
The entire production line is controlled by an advanced Siemens PLC system with a user-friendly interface. All technical parameters can be set and monitored via a touch screen. Customizable control systems are available based on specific requirements.
