This pipe production line is used to produce five layers Oxygen Barrier EVOH/PB (Polybutene) pipe, for plumbing system. It is equipped five separate Extruder for each layer. Basing on the upgrade of calibrator design, the production line speed can reach up to 30m/min,  which is the breakthrough technology presently in China.
Five Layers' (PB-GLUE-EVOH-GLUE-PB) thickness evenly distributed, and the pipe inner/outer surface are smooth and elegant.

The EVOH/PB pipe is widely used in water supply (sanitary pipe) and hot water pipe system: in terms of tap water and hot water pipes, PB pipe is recognized as a non-toxic, tasteless and best durable pipe material.
The temperature application range is - 30°C to 100°C. It has cold resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance, rust, corrosion, scaling and long service life (up to 50-100 years), It has the characteristics of long-term aging resistance and is one of the most cutting-edge chemical materials in the world; It has been widely used in many countries in the world and has the reputation of "gold in plastic".


1.High Efficiency Extruders: 
 

Each layer has separate extruder for better plasticizing effect and easily thickness adjustment. The Screw and Barrel of Inner/outer layer Extruder are specially designed according to the property of PB (Polybutene) raw materials. The EVOH materials is processed by the Specialized extruder, which screw/barrel is patently designed by KAIDE R&D teams, effectively solved the difficulty of the features of high viscosity of EVOH raw materials during extruding process. imported gearbox adopted with lower noise and stable running features. ABB Brand Inveter are equipped for the Exruder, to ensure the reliable quality and stable running. Schneider brand for low voltage electric elements like AC contactor, circuit breaker etc; 

2. High Precise Melting Pump (Maag Brand)
imported melting pump is adopted to pressurize and stabilize the high-temperature PB melting from the extruder, and keep the flow is stably sent to the Die head. Its ability to stabilize melting pressure and flow is optimal.

3. Five Layers Co-extrusion Die Head

Our latest multi-layer composite die adopts a modular building block structure, and a multi-stage melt pressure buffer zone is designed in the middle of the flow channel of each layer of melt, which can effectively reduce the pulsation of the extrusion pressure of each layer of extruder, so that the thickness of each layer can be evenly distributed and firmly bonded. The design purpose of this structure is mainly aimed at the characteristics that plastic raw materials (EVOH / adhesive) are easy to degrade and the die of the machine head needs to be cleaned. The core of each layer of the mold with this structure is designed with accurate positioning snap ring to prevent the damage caused by manual adjustment in the process of disassembly and cleaning, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and greatly reduces the cleaning frequency of the die and the difficulty of disassembly and adjustment. The surface of the runner is plated with hard chromium and polished, which is anti-corrosion, non stick material and easy to clean. Laser marked sizes information for convenience of daily operation

4. Haul-off machine

The Haul-off Machine adopts the clamping mode of free hanging roller link, The clamping force of each clamping point can be adjusted freely, so that the force on the pipe is very balanced and the elliptical deformation of the pipe is avoided; Driven Motor: Bosch Rexroth Brand; Synchronous Controlled with Extruder Screw rpm.
