This coating prevents harmful light from penetrating the panel, thereby extending its lifespan. If installed incorrectly, this coating will have no effect and will shorten the lifespan of the solar panel.

Two. Methods for distinguishing the front and back sides of solar panels.
To address the confusion between the front and back sides of solar panels for new users, the solar panel manufacturer prints "This side up" markings on the covering film of the solar panels. This indicates to the relevant personnel to pay attention to this as the front of the panel. Panels without this marking are naturally the back side. With the "This side up" marking, it becomes less likely that the panels will be installed incorrectly, thus ensuring the service life of the solar panels.
Three. Installation method for Sunyard boards
1、Marking: According to the elevation and dimensions of the solar panel roof structure, as well as the pre-determined center line, mark the position line for the main support structure of the solar panel roof.
2、Pre-embeddable Components: According to the elevation control line, verify the height of the main support frame of the solar panel roof structure on the top surface of the opening, ensuring that it meets the design requirements. If there are discrepancies, remove and level the surface with cement mortar of the appropriate grade, ensuring sufficient strength before proceeding. Then, according to the detailed design drawings for the embedded nodes, determine the position lines for the steel plate expansion bolts, drill holes, and install the bolts. Finally, install the steel plate and fix it with the bolts. After that, project the center line of the main support frame onto the embedded steel plate.
3、Install the main frame: According to the position lines of the main frame for the pop-up sunshade roof, first install the ends and then the middle section. The method is as follows: After assembling the 60mm x 60mm x 3mm galvanized square steel pipe main frame on the roof, manually place it on the position line, using a plumb bob to secure it vertically, and temporarily fix it before welding it to the pre-embedded steel plate. After installing the main frames at both ends, pull three longitudinal wires at a height of 1500mm (measured from the steel plate's end supports) on the middle and both sides, and then install them one by one from one end to the other until all are completed.
4. Apply sealant and install pressure strips: After thoroughly inspecting the installation quality of the inner solar panel, apply weather-resistant sealant and install specialized aluminum alloy pressure strips while installing the inner solar panel. The screw spacing and position of the pressure strips must comply with the requirements specified in the drawings.
5. Install the outer solar panel: According to the detailed design layout, install the prepared outer solar panels with a thickness of 20mm and appropriate dimensions, ensuring that the edges, vertical seams, and horizontal seams of the solar panels are aligned on a single line after installation.
6. Install the inner layer solar panel: According to the drawing specifications, install the appropriately sized inner layer solar panel (16mm thick). When installing, clean the top surface of the upper panel with a white towel, and ensure that the inner layer solar panel is clean before installation to prevent contamination between layers, which would make cleaning difficult and affect the overall appearance.
7. Apply sealant and install pressure strips: After thoroughly inspecting the quality of the outer solar panel installation, apply weather-resistant sealant while installing the outer solar panel, followed by the installation of specialized aluminum alloy pressure strips. The spacing and location of the screws for the pressure strips must comply with the requirements specified in the drawings.
