1、Wood drying

The raw material boards entering the factory have a moisture content of approximately 60%-70%. They are then loaded into a drying kiln for steam curing and drying. Due to variations in board material, thickness, and season, the temperature and duration of steam curing and drying also vary. Typically, the steam curing process lasts for about 15 minutes, while the heating and drying process lasts for 25-30 days. The moisture content of the dried boards can be reduced to 10%-14%.

2、Material Cutting

When cutting, the length and width should be increased by 10 millimeters each (areas requiring subsequent finishing should be specified). If combining pre-cut pieces, please specify the wood material and indicate the type of door combination.

3、Frame assembly

When assembling the frame, ensure that the corners are square. Also, increase the length and width by 10 millimeters. The outer frame width should be between 800 millimeters and 2000 millimeters, and the table top should be 6mm medium-density board. When assembling with glass doors, first determine the size and position of the glass. After treating the frame to prevent deformation, use a press to flatten it.

4、Hot pressing and cold pressing processes

In hot pressing, it is particularly important to ensure that the hot pressing plates and workpieces are thoroughly cleaned before each pressing, and that no debris is present. Set the hot pressing temperature and pressure, and slowly insert the workpiece, ensuring that it is arranged in a neat and orderly manner to distribute the load evenly. To prevent the adhesive from drying out, the material should be loaded within two minutes. once verified and safe, the machine can be started. After pressing, the workpiece surface should be smooth, glossy, and free of bumps or graininess. The decorative pattern should be aligned. After applying the surface coating, the doors should not peel, show adhesive, delaminate, scratch, have indentations, be chipped, misaligned, have oil stains, and have a consistent color.

The cold pressing process should have a specific pressing time based on the ambient temperature to ensure proper curing and strong bonding of the adhesive layer. After pressing, the surface of the molded part should be smooth, glossy, and free of any bumps or graininess when touched.
