One, how to set up the sliding door controller
Sliding doors typically refer to electric sliding doors, which are automatic doors that can sense and automatically control the opening and closing of sliding doors. The core component of a sliding door controller is the control unit. How should a sliding door controller be set up?
1、Manual control settings for door body hinges.
After connecting the power, the display window on the sliding door controller should show "-", and the four buttons on the controller panel are "Close Door", "Stop", "Open Door", and "Alarm". When the "Open Door" or "Close Door" button is pressed, the display window shows "H" or "E" respectively, at which point the sliding door mechanism moves. The sliding door controller emits a low-frequency sound. When the limit switch activates or the automatic delay function is triggered, the door mechanism automatically stops moving, and the low-frequency sound automatically ceases.

2、Setting for remote control of door body switch
Pair the sliding door controller with the remote control. The "A" button on the remote control corresponds to the "Open" function of the manual switch, the "B" button corresponds to the "Stop" function of the manual switch, the "C" button corresponds to the "Close" function of the manual switch, and the "D" button corresponds to the "Alarm" function. The control distance of the remote control is affected by factors such as the strength of the electromagnetic field in the site, the battery voltage of the remote control transmitter, and changes in climate. Using a pull-out antenna can appropriately increase the control distance.
3、Alarm function settings
Pressing the "Alarm" button on the manual control or the "D" button on the remote control can set the alarm status. This button is a toggle button, alternating between setting and canceling the alarm. When the alarm status is set, the display shows "O"; when the alarm status is canceled, the display shows "-". When an alarm occurs, the sliding door controller will emit a high-frequency audible signal.
II. Wiring Method for Sliding Door Controller
The wiring methods for sliding door controllers primarily consist of two types: external wiring and internal wiring. External wiring methods are generally more common. The specific wiring method is:
1、Install the sliding door controller in the entrance hall. The motor for the sliding door should be connected to the controller using a dedicated, insulated, seven-core cable for sliding doors.
2、The COM terminal on the motor represents the common wire of the motor and the common port of the controller. To connect the limit switch wires, connect the two wires from each magnetic switch on the motor base together and connect them to the common limit switch port of the controller. Then, connect the remaining two wires to the limit switch and the release switch.
3. Connect the two lines on the warning light of the control box to the common terminal of the motor and the door opening signal, respectively. Then, connect the 220V power supply to the 220V port of the controller. This completes the basic wiring.
