One、How to handle gaps in anti-theft doors and walls
1、If the gap exceeds 5cm, bricklaying is required.
2. If the gap size is within 5cm and the door is a non-standard custom-made door, using the grouting method is recommended. This involves filling the gap with cement mortar, which provides a more durable result.
3. If the gap size is within 5cm, it is considered a standard door. You can use foam sealant to fill and patch the gap. This is a specialized material specifically designed to fill door gaps, preventing the door frame from cracking or deforming in the short term.

Two. Reasons for gaps between the door frame and the wall.
1、To allow for expansion and contraction during installation, a gap should be left between the door frame and the wall. As a result, there will be gaps around the entire perimeter of the door frame after installation.
2. Due to the fact that the door frame and door opening are not a single unit, and the impact force exerted by the opening and closing of the security door on the door frame and door opening is significant, as well as the different properties of the two materials, cracks may occur.
3. This is due to the different widths of the door frame and door leaf of non-standard anti-theft doors. Standard anti-theft doors are ordered based on the customer's door opening size, but customers may make errors when measuring the door leaf, which results in the door leaf arriving at the site and not matching the actual size.
Three. What to do when the gap between the non-standard anti-theft door is too large?
Required tools: measuring tape, adhesive tape.
The following is the specific method for adjusting the door gap of anti-theft doors:
1. First, locate the door jamb and measure the size of the gap: Identify the gap between the security door and the door frame, and measure the size of the gap, providing data for purchasing the appropriate wool felt.
2. Then, select the appropriate bar size: Choose the correct bar size based on the gap size.
3、Ready-mixed putty paste: Wipe the substrate with a clean cloth, ensuring no dust or moisture remains, as this can affect the performance of the paste.
4、Apply Top Layer: Apply the prepared top layer to the clean surface. Ensure minimal air pressure is used to avoid difficulties in subsequent adjustments, especially if the initial application is not properly adhered.
5、Close non-standard anti-theft door inspection: Check the pasted effect of the anti-theft door, correct any errors, and press the button after passing the inspection.
6. Finally, adjust and complete: Close the entire anti-theft door and inspect. At this point, all cracks have been sealed, effectively preventing wind and noise from entering.
