1、Water leakage from the water softener.
If the water softener continuously overflows, the common causes are:1. The valve cannot operate according to the program.2. Foreign objects are present in the control valve.3. The control valve is leaking internally.The corresponding solutions are:
a、Inspect the position of the timer and controller's valve, or replace the power head if necessary.
b、Turn off the power，Remove foreign objects from the can opening and inspect the controller's components during restoration.。
c、Replace the sealing pad and piston.
2、Soft water machine backwash leakage
High reverse flush flow in the water softener may be caused by improper use of the flow restrictor or the presence of foreign objects inside the restrictor.
Solutions: Replace the appropriate flow restrictor; remove foreign objects.
3、Soft water supply and drainage system leaking.
Soft water equipment failing to inject resin or discharge water properly may be due to leaking injection nozzles, insufficient adhesion of the lower part with adhesive, or improper positioning of the upper part within the valve head. These issues often require manual inspection, such as removing the control unit to check the central pipe, and can be complex to resolve. If the injection nozzle of a soft water equipment leaks, the consequences can be severe.
4、Softening water equipment valve head inlet and outlet leakage
Valve inlets and outlets must be enclosed in sealing bags. Failure to do so may result in leakage.
