One, what material is a Class A fire door?
1、Wooden fire-resistant doors
A door constructed with fire-resistant wood or fire-resistant wood products for the door frame, door leaf skeleton, and door leaf panel, with non-toxic and harmless fire-resistant and insulating filling material within the door leaf if applicable, and equipped with fire-resistant hardware, resulting in a door with a certain fire resistance performance.

2、Steel fire-resistant doors
A door constructed with steel materials, including the door frame, door leaf skeleton, and door leaf panel. If the door leaf is filled with a fire-resistant and insulating material that is non-toxic and harmless to humans, it should also include fire-resistant hardware. The resulting door will have a certain fire resistance performance.
3、Steel and wood composite fire-resistant doors
A door consisting of frames and panels made of steel and fire-resistant wood or wood products, with a frame and panel, and if the panel is filled with non-toxic and fire-resistant insulation material, along with fire-resistant hardware, exhibits a certain level of fire resistance.
4、Other fire-resistant doors using different materials
A door comprised of non-combustible inorganic materials, or a combination of non-combustible inorganic materials and steel, or non-combustible wood or wood products, used for door frames, door leaf frames, and door leaf panels, where the interior of the door leaf is filled with fire-resistant and insulating materials that are non-toxic and safe for humans, along with fire-resistant hardware, exhibits a certain level of fire resistance.
Two. What are the requirements for Class II fire doors?
The fire resistance rating for Class A fire doors is at least 1 hour. Due to the variety of fire resistance levels, different materials have different standards. For detailed information, please refer to the new fire door standard, GB-12955-2008.
Class A fire door
Also known as fully insulated fire-resistant doors, these doors meet the requirements for fire resistance, insulation, and complete fire resistance within the specified time. Fire resistance ratings range from 0.5h (Grade C), 1.0h (Grade B), 1.5h (Grade A), and 2.0h/3.0h.
Class B fire door
Also known as partial fire-resistant doors, their fire and insulation performance requirements range from 0.5 hours to 1.0h, 1.5h, 2.0h, and 3.0h.
Class C fire doors
Also known as non-fire-resistant fire doors, they do not require fire-resistant insulation and only need to meet the fire integrity requirements within the specified fire resistance time. Fire integrity levels are 1.0h, 1.5h, 2.0h, and 3.0h. The British BS standard also includes information on non-fire-resistant fire doors.
