1. Prepare the necessary tools.

2、 Measure dimensions
We need to measure the width of the screen door frame using a measuring tape, so we can select screen mesh with the same width for fabrication.
3、Marking
once the mesh with the same width as the door frame is selected, we need to lay the mesh flat on the door frame, ensuring that it covers the inner groove of the door frame. Then, use a corner gauge to draw along the inner groove on the mesh.
4、Applying pressure
After drawing the line, we need to place a tacking strip along this line. Using a corner gauge, press the end of the tacking strip, with a length of 3cm-4cm, into the inner groove of the door frame.
5、Fixation
After pressing a small section of the profile into the groove with a gauge, we can use a homemade roller to slowly roll it along the groove, effectively pressing the profile into the groove to secure one end of the mesh. once one end of the mesh is secured, we need to secure the other end using the same steps to ensure the mesh remains flat.
6、Trimming
After securing the mesh on all four sides using the same steps, there will still be excess mesh remaining. We need to use scissors to trim the excess mesh along the inside of the door frame. once the excess mesh is trimmed, the window frame will be successfully fabricated.
