2、Analyze the structure
Is the surface level? Regardless of whether it is horizontal or vertical, the correct carpentry practice should result in a level surface.
3、Inspect corners
Are the corners accurately formed? Normal corners are 90 degrees, unless there are specific design considerations.
4、Observe patterned surfaces
Verify the tightness and accuracy of the wood joint. A properly executed wood joint should have no gaps or maintain consistent spacing between the pieces.
5、Check the curvature
Check if the curvature and roundness are smooth and consistent. In addition to individual items, ensure the consistency of the shape for multiple items with the same design.
6、Ensure evenness
Ensure that the surfaces of the wood components for ecological paint doors are smooth and free from any bumps, cracks, or imperfections.

1、Door frame installation acceptance standards

The acceptance standards for door frames also require that the lines on the door frame should be diagonally aligned, with an error of no more than 1.5mm.

During the joint acceptance, the most important factor is the absence of gaps and a tight, seamless connection. If gaps are present, they must be filled with sealant. only joints that are perfectly smooth and gap-free will meet the acceptance standards.
3、Door slab installation acceptance criteria
Inspecting the door slab is the most crucial step in the overall ecological, zero-VOC door installation acceptance standard. First, verify that the door slab is installed correctly and that there are no abnormal noises when opening and closing. After closing the door slab, pay attention to whether the sealing strip is firmly attached. Any movement indicates that the installation is not up to standard.
4、Standards for the acceptance of metal fittings installation
During the acceptance of hardware, first, pay attention to whether hinges and other hardware are securely fixed and do not move. Second, check whether the door lock slots are accurately cut and whether there is any resistance when inserting and turning the key.
5、Appearance Acceptance Criteria
Inspect the entire surface of the door leaf for scratches and dents, and also check for gaps between the door frame and the wall. Ensure that there is no peeling or detachment.
