One, Installation Size Regulations for Steel and Wood Doors
1、Door slab
The overall thickness of the door slab is approximately 75mm. The surface consists of 0.6mm solid wood veneer + 12mm medium-density fiberboard + 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate + 50mm inorganic foamed pearlite door core board + 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate + 12mm medium-density fiberboard + 0.6mm solid wood veneer.
2、Door frame
① Steel frame wall thickness is 2.0mm. The surface of the door frame, excluding the lower frame, is covered with a steel frame outer surface plate bonded to solid wood, and the lower frame is made of steel.
② The thickness of the reinforcing steel plates on both sides of the door frame is 2.0mm, which is to enhance the installation's stability.
3、Installation dimensional tolerance requirements

① The height, width, and diagonal dimensions of the door leaf and door frame are allowed to deviate by 3.0mm.
② Gap between the door leaf and the door frame: The gaps between the door leaf and the top door frame, the door leaf and the hinge side door frame, and the door leaf and the lock side door frame should be less than or equal to 3.0mm.
③ Gap between door leaf and door frame: The gap between the door leaf and the hinge side of the door frame should be ≤2.0mm; the gap between the door leaf and the latch side of the door frame should be ≤3.0mm.
II. Acceptance Specifications for Steel and Wood Door Installation
1、Door frames
① Door sets with connecting parts should be tight, smooth, and free of gaps. Fixing accessories should be securely fastened. The door frame should be accurately aligned, with a tolerance of ≤1 mm within 2 meters and ≤1.5 mm above 2 meters.
② After installation of the door set, it should be aligned three-dimensionally, with a vertical tolerance of ±2mm and a horizontal tolerance of ±1mm. The connection between the door frame and the wall should have at least 3 fixing screws per meter. For door frames wider than 200mm, fixing metal plates should be installed. The gap between the door frame and the wall should be sealed with foam sealant on both sides. The foam sealant should be evenly applied and cut to a neat finish after drying.
2、Outlining
① The installation of profiles should be evenly coated with adhesive on both the profile and the door frame/wall, ensuring a smooth, tight, and seamless joint at the profile interface. After installation, the profiles on the same side should be level. Due to variations in wall surfaces, it is essential to ensure a level profile interface. The allowable deviation for profile bending is 1 millimeter.
② Apply sealant to fill gaps between lines and wall seams.
3、 Door panels
① After installing the door slab, it should be level and plumb, with the outer surface of the door slab flush with the door frame. The door slab should open and close smoothly without any noise or resistance.
② The gap between the door frame and the door leaf should be 6mm for the lower gap and 2mm for the remaining three sides. All gaps are subject to a tolerance of +0.5mm.
③ After the door frame is securely closed and sealed with the sealing strip, it should not move.
