One, How to install anti-theft door for buildings
1、Marking and Positioning: According to the design drawings, mark the installation position of the door frame within the opening, specifying the dimensions, elevation, and opening direction.
2、Frame Alignment: After the door frame is in place, it should be aligned to ensure verticality (the door frame should be ≤2mm away from the ground), horizontality, and diagonal alignment, adjusting to the specified installation height and maintaining consistent distances from both interior and exterior walls. The width of the door frame should be consistent, and then, use expansion bolts to preliminarily fix the door frame at its corners.
3. Connection and Fixing: The door frame is temporarily fixed using M10x10 expansion bolts. This must be verified to ensure accurate installation dimensions. The allowable dimensional error on the frame opening should be ≤1.5mm, and the diagonal error should be ≤2.0mm.
4、When installing anti-theft doors, ensure the door leaf is properly installed within the door frame, adjusting its position and level.
5. After ensuring correct positioning in all six directions (front, back, left, right, up, and down), tighten the expansion bolts using a wrench.
6. After the door leaf is closed, the gaps should be uniform, and the surface should be smooth. Installed door frames should have a joint between the door leaf and the door frame not less than 10.0mm, and the inner width dimension deviation at the joint between the frame and the leaf should not exceed 2.0mm.
7. Install hardware: Install door locks, handles, and other fixtures according to the manufacturer's instructions. All hardware should function as intended.
8. Cleanliness: After installation, immediately clean the door frame, door leaf, and surrounding area of any dirt or debris. Before and after installation, the contractor is responsible for inspecting for scratches and submitting a list to the general contractor for repair. When repairing, use protective film to prevent contamination of hardware.
II. Acceptance Standards for Stainless Steel Building Doors
1、After installing the door frame, complete the necessary inspection procedures and verify the connection between the door frame and the wall.
2. After installation, each product must be tested and inspected by a quality control inspector. only after passing the inspection can the handover procedures be initiated.
3. Upon completion, promptly process all necessary inspection procedures. The final acceptance will be based on the "Product Transfer Completion Form" for each batch, which requires the client to sign and approve, serving as the basis for delivery.
