3. If the lines and floor platforms are functioning normally, consider the possibility of a faulty intercom. Try replacing it with an identical model and function intercom. Please note: For intercoms with built-in decoding functions, be sure to re-encode the intercom when replacing it. It is recommended to use the actual floor number for encoding.
Two. What should I do if the stainless steel building door cannot be automatically closed?
1、Check if the power belt is installed backward. The solution is to reverse the connection of the upper and lower belt pulleys, or replace the controller.
2. When power is connected to the building door while it is open or closed, there is no response. If power is connected but no power is supplied, this may be due to a malfunctioning controller.
3. The issue with the building door remote lock can be resolved by simply using the remote control to unlock it.
