One, what is the standard copper door size?
1、Door height
The height of interior bronze doors should generally not be less than 2m, and should not exceed 2.4m. Otherwise, the door will have a hollow feeling, and the door leaf construction also needs to be strengthened. If decorative, ventilation, or lighting is required, waist windows can be added to the door, with a height starting from 0.4m, but should not be too high.
2、Door width

Common residential doors have widths of 0.9 to 1 meter for individual apartments and 0.8 to 0.9 meters for interior doors. Kitchen doors typically have a width of around 0.8 meters, with the upper limit chosen to accommodate modern furniture. Public building doors are typically 1 meter wide, while double doors range from 1.2 to 1.8 meters.
II. How to customize non-standard copper doors
1、Conduct initial on-site measurements to determine dimensions (including door dimensions), and then create corresponding on-site measurements.
2. Determine the style, color, and other accessories, such as specifications.
3、Place the order with the manufacturer.
4、Prepare the materials and cut to size.
5. Perform customized fabrication and assembly of non-standard copper doors.
6. Sanding, edging, and painting/varnishing in a dust-free workshop (this process is determined based on the complexity and requirements of the doors being fabricated).
7. Allow the finished product to dry completely before handing it over to the client.
