One、Installation method for copper alloy anti-theft door
1. Positioning
The installation positioning refers to marking the location for inserting the secondary frame within the opening, according to the dimensions, elevation, and opening direction specified in the design drawings.
2、Verify and adjust the layout frame
The "corrective framing" refers to positioning two frames with three support bars, after which the secondary frame should be checked for vertical and horizontal alignment, as well as diagonal alignment, to ensure consistency with the design requirements for installation height, distance from both interior and exterior walls, and uniform width. Support wedges should be inserted into the corners of the secondary frame for initial positioning.

3、Connection and Fixing
After completing the above steps, the next step is to connect and fix the frame. The frame's side members should be fixed using M10x10 expansion bolts or by welding the steel bars, and this must be verified to ensure accurate installation dimensions.
4、Filling of secondary frames
When filling the stanchion with concrete, wait until the concrete has hardened, then install the copper-framed security door frame and door leaf, making any necessary adjustments. Ensure that the door leaf closes smoothly with even gaps and a smooth surface.
5、Install hardware
Installation of door locks, handles, and other hardware should be carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions. All installed components should function as intended. After installation, the rebate, door leaf, and surrounding area should be thoroughly cleaned of any dirt or debris.
II. Anti-theft door installation acceptance standards
1. The types, specifications, sizes, material thicknesses, opening directions, installation locations, connection methods, and materials of anti-theft copper doors must comply with the design requirements.
2. The anti-theft copper door surface should be clean, smooth, and uniform in color, without any corrosion or rust. The main surface should be free of scratches and damage. The coating or protective layer should be continuous.
3. The anti-corrosion treatment and filling/sealing of copper doors must comply with the design requirements. The installation of the copper door frame and side frame must be firm and secure.
4. The quantity, location, installation method, and connection method of pre-embedded components must comply with the design requirements. Anti-theft copper doors must be securely installed and should open and close smoothly, without any tilting or deformation.
5、The gaps between the copper frame and the wall should be filled with putty paste to ensure a full and even surface. Seal the filled area with sealant. The sealant surface should be smooth, uniform, and free from cracks.
