One, how much does it cost to install fireproof windows per square meter?
The manufacturing process for fire-resistant windows is complex, and the structure is intricate, therefore, the installation of fire-resistant windows requires a high level of skill, which naturally results in a higher installation cost compared to installing regular windows. Typically, the cost of installing a single fire-resistant window ranges from 200-300 yuan.

II. What qualifications are required for installing fire-resistant windows?
The production and installation of fireproof windows require specific qualifications. To simplify the process, it is best to choose fireproof window manufacturers that possess both production and installation qualifications. This allows you to request a comprehensive service from the manufacturer, eliminating the need to find and coordinate with separate installation contractors.
According to the "Standards for Qualification of Fire Protection Engineering Design and Construction," companies engaged in fire protection engineering design and construction activities are classified into two levels: Level 1 and Level 2. The following details the technical requirements for these two levels.
1、First-level qualification standard
The company's technical manager should have at least 8 years of experience in fire protection engineering projects, and should have led the completion of at least two fire protection engineering projects for single buildings with a floor area of no less than 30,000 square meters (either design, construction, or integrated design and construction). They should possess a registered electrical engineer (public works) license or a senior engineering technical title.
The company must have at least 20 professional technical personnel with an intermediate or higher-level engineering title for fire protection engineering projects. This includes at least 2 personnel with at least one record of gas fire suppression system design or construction, at least 2 personnel with at least one record of foam fire suppression system design or construction, at least 2 personnel with at least one record of smoke and smoke fire suppression system design or construction, at least 2 personnel with at least two records of automatic sprinkler fire suppression system design or construction, and at least 2 personnel with at least two records of fire alarm and linkage control system design or construction.
The company should have a reasonable number of specialized personnel, with at least 3 people in each of the following disciplines: electrical, automation, water and drainage, and HVAC. The company should also have at least 5 registered electrical engineers (structural engineers, utility equipment) with professional qualifications or senior-level engineering technical titles, and at least 5 Level 1 registered construction managers (Level 1 project managers).
Necessary technical equipment and a fixed work area, along with a comprehensive quality management system, must be in good working order. This includes established management systems for technical, safety, operational, personnel, financial, and archival matters.
2、Secondary Qualification Standards
The technical project manager must have at least 6 years of experience in the design and construction of fire protection systems, and must have led the completion of at least 2 fire protection system projects for individual buildings with a total area of not less than 20,000 square meters (either design, construction, or integrated design and construction). Must possess a valid license as a Registered Electrical Engineer (Utility Equipment) or a senior technical professional title in an engineering field.
The company must have at least 12 professional technical personnel with an intermediate or higher engineering title in fire protection engineering. Specifically, the company must have at least 1 person with at least 1 project related to gas fire suppression system design or construction, at least 1 person with at least 1 project related to foam fire suppression system design or construction, at least 1 person with at least 1 project related to smoke and smoke removal fire suppression system design or construction, at least 2 people with at least 1 project related to automatic sprinkler fire suppression system design or construction, and at least 2 people with at least 1 project related to fire alarm and linked control system design or construction.
The company should have a reasonable number of specialized personnel, with at least 2 people in each of the following disciplines: electrical, automation, water and drainage, and HVAC. At least 3 registered electrical engineers (structural engineers, utility equipment) with professional qualifications or senior-level engineering technical titles, and at least 3 registered construction managers (project managers) with Level 2 or higher qualifications, should be present.
Necessary technical equipment, a dedicated workspace, and a comprehensive quality management system are required. The facility must also have established management systems for technical, safety, operational, personnel, financial, and archival matters.
