1. First, position the roller on the upper side of the door vertically and insert a 6mm hexagonal wrench into the hole after pulling out the wire.
2. Then, tighten the screws and simultaneously pull out the pulley, insert the new screws, and push the pulley into the space between the screw head and the inner side of the door frame.
3. After tightening the screws, the pulley is now installed.
Two. What are the solutions if the silent pulleys for sliding doors are damaged?
1、Wheel derailment
If this phenomenon occurs, it will directly cause the door frame to slide within the track, making it very difficult to operate and potentially damaging the frame. We recommend slightly lifting the door to allow the rollers to return to their original position.
2、Wheel damage
This could be due to damaged rollers. If this occurs, it indicates that the door is too heavy, causing the rollers to bear excessive weight and deform. In severe cases, the rollers can even be crushed or the roller bearings can fail, leading to the wheels seizing and becoming unusable. In such cases, the rollers need to be replaced.
3、Track deformation
If the pulleys do not show any damage, it is likely that the door tracks have been deformed due to external pressure. Typically, under heavy loads, the tracks will deform, causing the pulleys to malfunction or resulting in debris within the tracks. In this case, it is necessary to promptly repair and clean the tracks.
