Eco-doors are manufactured from raw materials salvaged from solid wood or composite doors after their initial production. These doors, made from recycled and processed materials, offer a smooth and glossy surface with vibrant colors. They possess characteristics such as colorfastness, crack resistance, shape retention, water resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, insect resistance, fire resistance, and explosion resistance.
II. Fire resistance rating of ecological board doors
A wooden fire-resistant door is a door that uses wood or wood products for the door frame, door leaf skeleton, and door leaf panel. The door leaf is filled with insulation material or made of wood or wood products. The door leaf can also be equipped with Class A composite fire-resistant glass, and a bright window consisting of the door frame and Class A composite fire-resistant glass is also provided, along with fire-resistant hardware, to meet the fire resistance and insulation requirements.
Wooden fire-resistant doors are classified into three grades based on their fire resistance, with fire resistance requirements of 90min, 60min, and 30min, respectively. The wood used to manufacture solid wood fire-resistant doors must undergo drying and flame retardant treatment, with a moisture content not exceeding 12%. When limited by conditions, the moisture content during manufacturing should also not exceed the local equilibrium moisture content.
The metal hardware used for wooden fire-resistant doors must be fire-resistant metal hardware. The main metal hardware includes: fire-resistant hinges, fire-resistant bolts, fire-resistant door locks, fire-resistant operators, and fire-resistant automatic door closers, etc.
