One、How to inspect non-standard doors upon entry
1. Check the level and plumbness of non-standard doors.
Because the level and plumb of non-standard door installations affect the future deformation, flexibility, and operability of the doors, these are key areas to inspect. The inspection requires the use of a level, plumb bob, and a set of measuring tools with a precision requirement of 2mm or less.

2. Inspect the sealing between the door frame and the wall.
Because whether the door frame and wall are sealed properly affects the soundproofing performance of the non-standard door and whether there are air leaks later, it is important to check this carefully. When checking, carefully inspect whether there are cracks, gaps, or other issues between the door frame and the wall, and if any issues are found, they must be addressed.
3. Are the doors easy to open and close?
If the hinge of an entry door becomes difficult to operate, the problem will worsen over time, potentially leading to the door not closing properly. Therefore, it is essential to carefully inspect the hinge of the entry door and the locking mechanism of the sub-door for any signs of looseness or detachment.
Two. important considerations for non-standard door acceptance
1、The surface should be aesthetically pleasing.
The acceptance of non-standard anti-theft doors should check the surface coating for smoothness, gloss, and absence of defects such as drips, bubbles, and wrinkles. There should be no corrosion points, dead spots, or damage. The wood used for the anti-theft door frame should be coordinated with the wood of the anti-theft door leaf in terms of material and color, and the color difference between the decorative panel and the wooden frame should not be significant. The wood species should be the same.
2、The door panels must be square and not warped or deformed.
The non-standard anti-theft door panel can now be inserted into the anti-theft door frame and fit snugly. If the gap between the anti-theft door panel and the frame is large, it is primarily due to inaccurate cutting during installation or the anti-theft door frame not being perfectly vertical to the ground. In such cases, the anti-theft door panel should be removed and re-cut. If the anti-theft door frame is not vertical, shims should be placed inside the frame to make it level.
3、Hinges must be installed at the correct location and securely fastened.
During the acceptance of non-standard doors upon installation, if the hinges are not properly aligned, it can cause the door leaf to not fit snugly within the frame, resulting in difficulty in opening and closing the security door. When inspecting a security door, you can first loosen each hinge screw, then adjust the alignment between the door leaf and the frame, and only tighten all the screws once the adjustment is complete.
