One. How to handle the situation where non-standard doors have curled corners after installation.
1、Use a vacuum cleaner with negative pressure to suck up the recessed areas.
Using a vacuum machine with negative pressure can remove the depressions in non-standard doors, but this method is only suitable for non-standard doors with thin metal sheets. It is not suitable for doors with thicker metal sheets.

2、Thicker copper sheets can be easily lifted with strong magnets.
Due to the non-standard door having an empty central cavity, a neodymium iron boron magnet can be placed inside the cavity. The outer side can be guided with a low-strength iron wire to bring the magnet to the recessed area, and then a high-strength electromagnet can be used to attract and lift the approximately 1mm thick copper plate.
3、Use a hydraulic device for strong pulling.
Weld multiple copper branches as load-bearing points in non-standard door recesses. Use hydraulic or wheel-based systems to apply strong pulling force, which can lift the copper plate from the recesses.
II. How to prevent non-standard anti-theft doors from warping
1. The quality of anti-theft door installation directly affects the deformation of the door during use. When installing an anti-theft door, it is necessary to ensure that the door frame and door leaf are perpendicular, so that the center of gravity of the door leaf is on the midline in the thickness direction, and to ensure smooth opening and closing.
2. Due to the significant weight of anti-theft doors, improper operation during use can cause the hinges connecting the door leaf and the door frame to deform, leading to the door leaf sagging. Therefore, when using non-standard anti-theft doors, it is important to avoid forcefully slamming the door and to open and close it gently.
