Features of tempered glass:
① High safety: Tempered glass, even when broken, produces small, rounded fragments resembling honeycomb structures, which are less likely to cause serious injury to humans.
② High impact resistance: For glass of equal thickness, the impact resistance is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass, and the bending strength is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass.
③ Thermal Stability: Tempered glass exhibits excellent thermal stability, with a temperature range three times that of ordinary glass, capable of withstanding temperature variations of up to 300°C.
3、Hollow Glass:This method typically involves bonding two pieces of ordinary glass together with a specified gap, with dry air filling the gap, and then sealing the perimeter with a sealing material. This is primarily used in applications where high sound insulation is required.
Characteristics of hollow, ordinary glass: good sound insulation, but its disadvantage is poor safety.

Double-glazed glass consists of two or more glass layers combined with an air cavity, resulting in a relatively thick profile, typically 16mm (5+6A+5) or greater. The cross-section also features black sealant. Exposed edges can create an unsightly appearance, and edge trimming may be necessary – for example, by fitting the glass within an aluminum frame. Single-pane tempered glass doors offer greater flexibility in application. The thickness of sliding door glass is typically no more than 8mm. In terms of performance, double-glazed glass is an energy-efficient glass with significantly superior insulation compared to single-pane glass.
