Commonly used stainless steel doors and windows are typically made of 202 stainless steel, and welding wires made of 202 stainless steel can be used. Welding wires made of 304 stainless steel can also be used, resulting in better performance.

II. Common Stainless Steel Welding Rod Specifications

1、For low-carbon steel structural components, typically use Ti-Ca type E4303 (J422) or E5023 (J502) welding rods.

2. For critical structural components requiring high plasticity, toughness, and crack resistance, use low-hydrogen E4315 (J427) or E5015 (J507) welding rods. When welding with an AC welding machine, low-hydrogen E4316 (J426) or E5016 (J506) welding rods, which are compatible with both AC and DC power, can be used.
