Glass door lock core removal method: After removing the lock body, use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the screws on the lock, and then you can remove the lock core.
If you need to replace the new lock cylinder, simply place the new lock cylinder in the old position and then place the panel in its original position. Finally, tighten the screws with a screwdriver.

If the lock mechanism cannot be removed, the entire lock should be disassembled. The lock mechanism often gets stuck or welded to the shackle. Therefore, the entire lock needs to be disassembled. When disassembling, first remove the screws on the door handle to access the shackle screws. If you do not want to remove the lock, you can use a grinder to remove the weld, which will allow you to remove the lock mechanism.
