1. What are the inspection contents for Class B locks?

The ratio of the number of times the lock was opened to the total number of attempts to open it.

2、Extendable tongue length
Extend all the latches completely out of the lock holes, measuring the distance from the end face of the latch to the lock body plate surface.
3、The gap between the tongue and the tongue hole
The difference between the dimensions of the latch cross-section and the dimensions of the latch hole cross-section.
4、Axial static pressure on the locking tongue
The force required to press the tongue into the tongue slot to the specified position along the sliding direction.
5、After locking the tongue mechanism, axial static pressure
After the tongue lock is secured, apply force along the tongue lock's extension and retraction direction, gradually increasing the force to determine the maximum force the tongue lock and the locking mechanism can withstand.
6、Lateral static pressure with locking mechanism
The force that the locking mechanism can withstand at the rear.
7、The closing force of the locking mechanism.
The force required to retract the latch into the strike plate when closing.
II. Standards for Level 2 Cylinder Inspection
1、The gap between the bolt and the lock hole on the latch.
The joint between tongue-shaped, bevel-shaped, and lock panel grooves should not exceed 0.4mm on one side.
2、After the tongue latch retracts, the relative position between the tongue latch and the holes in the latch and latch body panel should meet the following requirements:
The sides of the latch should have a uniform and consistent gap between the corresponding holes on the latch body panel.
The ends of the tongue should be flush with the panel of the lock body, with the panel of the lock body as the reference, and the error should be less than ±0.3 mm.
3、Cam with opposing surfaces
The pivoting tongue, when the limiter plate is lifted, allows the tongue to be inserted into the locking body and rotated 180 degrees to change direction.
4、Flexibility of the locking body
Use a key or handle to operate the lock, ensuring that the locking mechanism moves smoothly and freely without any obstructions or jamming. After rotating the lock body's two-sided screw holes, the lock should operate normally.
