Two. Installation method for electromagnetic fingerprint locks
Step 1: First, use a screwdriver to open the cover, and then use a spanner to fix the edge board, preparing for installation.
Step 2: Remove the installation board and fold it along the indicated lines according to the installation diagram. Place the board in the designated locking position. Then, mark the areas where holes need to be drilled and drill the holes.
Step 3: Insert the internal hexagonal screws into the insert plate, place the rubber washers between the two metal washers, and then attach them to the hexagonal screws. Insert the insert plate into the three holes drilled in the door, while simultaneously inserting the mushroom head from the other side of the door. Use a wrench to lock the insert plate onto the door.
Step 4: Secure the edge board to the pre-drilled door frame using two semi-circular head screws (inserting them into the long-shaped holes of the edge board). Note: Do not fully tighten the edge board; allow it to move freely in both directions to facilitate proper positioning.
Step 5: Adjust the position of the edge board so that it is properly aligned with the supporting steel plate, to ensure that the locking body can make close contact with the supporting steel plate.
Step six: After securing the lock body and the edge plate with the round-head screws that hold the edge plate in place, install all the countersunk screws. Then, remove the round-head screws. Drill holes at the appropriate locations to facilitate wiring. Finally, use a wrench to secure the lock body to the edge plate.
Step 7: Connect the wires according to the instructions.
Step 8: Place the cover, and insert the small aluminum column into the screw holes of the lock body.
