One、How to enter management mode using a fingerprint lock
1、Enter Management Mode: First, enter two asterisks (*), followed by the management password with a "#" at the end, to successfully enter management mode.
2、Configure menu index, enter management mode to access the main menu, and then perform other menu operations:
3. Set User Password: Please press "1", enter a 6-digit door opening password followed by a "#" symbol, and re-enter the password to confirm. To disable the user password, simply press the "#" key.
4、Add User Fingerprint: Please press "2" and enter two user numbers, ending with the "#" key. If the user number already exists, entering the fingerprint will result in successful recording. Improper placement may lead to failure.
5. Delete User Fingerprint: To delete a single fingerprint, press "1". To delete all fingerprints, press "2". Enter the fingerprint or number. If the number ends with "#", the fingerprint will be deleted successfully. A message indicating that the fingerprint does not exist will be displayed upon successful deletion.
6. Modify the "Open Door" mode: Press "4" to set it to the commonly used mode, and press "1" to successfully set it to the safe mode.
7. Modify the administrator password: Please press "5", enter the administrator password with a "#" symbol at the end, and re-entering the administrator password will successfully modify it.
8. The door unlocking password consists of 6 digits. First, touch the activation area to turn on the key indicator light, then enter the unlocking password followed by the "#" symbol.

① First, prepare a screwdriver and use it to remove the battery cover. For some keylock fingerprint locks, you may need to remove the front panel before removing the rear cover.
②Then, locate the "reset" button.
③ Re-align the reset key for 3-5 seconds.
④ once the display shows the initialization information, the reset is successful. If the initial press of 3-5 seconds does not yield a response, repeat the operation several times.
2、Insert a skewer into the hole to reset.
① First, prepare a skewer (any small, rigid object will do).
② Then, locate the small hole at the bottom of the panel where the fingerprint lock is located inside the room.
③ Next, insert a toothpick into the hole until it reaches the bottom.
④ Finally, hold the button down for approximately 3-5 seconds until you hear a series of beeps, indicating that the reset has been successful and the device has been restored to its factory settings.
When you have administrative privileges, resetting is very simple. Here's how:
① First, select and open the fingerprint lock [menu].
② Then, use the "Up/Down" keys (8 and 0 keys) to locate and select "System Settings."
③ Then, in the system design, select the "Advanced Settings" option.
④ Finally, press the "#" key to select "Restore to Factory Settings," and after a short wait, all previous remote control functions, passwords, and fingerprints will be cleared.
