One. How often should a water dispenser be flushed to remove accumulated water?
Water purifiers, unlike water filters and pure water machines, do not produce wastewater, so they do not require wastewater discharge. However, if water has been sitting for an extended period without being replaced, it is necessary to empty the water purifier, clean it, and then refill it before use. It is best to consume the water in the water purifier within a month, and no more than a month should pass. Storing water for too long can be detrimental to health.

When draining a water dispenser, locate the drain valve, which is typically a white screw cap in the middle of the back of the unit. Unscrew the cap and remove the rubber stopper to drain the water. The drain valve is usually located at the back and can be opened by unscrewing it. For desktop models, it is located at the bottom.
Two. important usage precautions for water purifiers.
1、The water dispenser should be placed in a cool, dry indoor location, away from direct sunlight. The back of the dispenser should be at least 20 cm away from the wall, and the bottom should not be placed on any items such as foam or cardboard, to prevent water accumulation and potential electrical hazards. Flammable and explosive materials should not be placed near the dispenser.
2. The water dispenser must be connected to a reliable three-core socket with proper grounding, and must be equipped with a reliable residual current device (RCD).
3. Before connecting the power, first press the red water tap until water flows out to prevent damage to components due to dry burning.
4. Prohibit using insertion or removal of power plugs to switch on/off power. Also, do not arbitrarily extend power cords to prevent fire hazards.
5. If the water dispenser, which has both cooling and heating power switches, is not used for an extended period, the corresponding power switch should be turned off. For water dispensers with automatic computer control, the corresponding cooling or heating function can be adjusted to save electricity.
6. If the water dispenser is not used for an extended period, please unplug it and drain any remaining water from the inside through the drain port.
7. When cleaning the water dispenser, do not use solvents such as gasoline to wipe the body. It is strictly prohibited to rinse the body with water.
8. When using mineral water, please clean the water dispenser regularly to remove scale.
9. For compressor-type water dispensers, the refrigeration and temperature control have been pre-set. Please do not adjust them manually. After disconnecting the refrigeration switch or power, allow at least 3 minutes before restarting. When moving the water dispenser, do not tilt it more than 45 degrees to prevent damage to the machine or accidents.
10. For water purifiers with ozone disinfection cabinets, the ozone disinfection cabinet operates at room temperature and should not be used for long-term food storage. It is only suitable for storing items such as teacups and water bottles. Consumers should not store food for extended periods.
