1. First, connect the NFC reader to the computer using a data cable, then install the necessary drivers according to the system instructions, and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
2. Then, open the software that comes with the NFC reader, place your access card or elevator card on the reader, and click the "Read Full Card: Read Card Data" option in the software. Wait for the reading process to complete, and the software interface will display the card data.
3. Then, export and save the card data file.
4. Next, place the IC white card on the NFC reader and click "Read entire card: Read card content". After reading the card, click "Write entire card" and select the data that was previously exported and saved. Then, complete the writing process.
5. At this point, the production of access cards is complete. You can now proceed to test the access cards you have created.
II. How to set up hotel door locks
The method for setting hotel locks is actually quite simple, requiring only three steps:
Step 1: Software
1、Software license: Place the software license card on the reader and locate the licensing option within the software, then click to activate.
2. Modify password, add operators, and assign different permissions.
3. Configure the hotel layout, adding hotel floors, zones, areas, and levels.
4、Add room type and room number (the room number must correspond to the correct building, district, area, and floor).
Step 2: Setting the card
1、Room designation card: One card per room, with the corresponding room number clearly marked.
2、Shelf Life: The putty powder must be used immediately after opening. If the container has been open for more than 1 hour, it must be replaced.
3、Initialize Card: Also known as the "Clear Card," used to clear door lock authorization information.
Step 3: Configure door lock information
1、Check if the door lock is installed correctly and if the batteries are properly installed.
2. Configure hotel door lock information in the following order: swipe door lock authorization card - room setting card (swipe the corresponding room number) and time card. If all lights are illuminated normally, it indicates successful configuration.
3. Test: Use the corresponding guest card to activate the door.
