One.Iron hanging lockInternal structure diagram
1、Lock Cylinder: A cylindrical lock cylinder made of copper, which can be locked or unlocked by turning. Lock cylinders are divided into internal lock cylinders and external lock cylinders. The internal lock cylinder is the part where you insert the key.
2、Projectiles: The projectiles consist of internal and external projectiles, which are cylindrical in shape and of varying lengths. They are loaded into the circular holes of the inner and outer locking mechanisms. A typical lock typically contains 3-5 sets of projectiles.

3、Spring: Installed in the hole of the outer locking core. Holds the spring in place.
4、Latch: The moving part that engages and disengages the lock. The cylindrical internal spindle rotates to actuate the latch. The latch mechanism also engages with the "nose" of the lock.
5、Key: No introduction necessary, as there are different sizes of "teeth" corresponding to different lengths of the pins.
Two. What is the working principle of a mortise lock?
Padlocks come in various types, and their working principles differ:
1、Spring-based locking mechanisms: These mechanisms utilize cylindrical springs within the lock core to create obstacles, preventing rotation and achieving a locking function.
2、Leaf-shaped structure locking: Utilizes differently shaped metal pieces to create obstacles, thereby achieving a locking effect.
3、Magnetic Locking System: based on the principle of magnetic repulsion, this system utilizes a magnetic locking mechanism. A permanent metal plate, identical to the key's magnetic material, is placed between the locking mechanism and the retaining pin. The key, without direct contact with the retaining pin, is inserted smoothly into the locking mechanism and, upon contact with the metal plate, generates a strong repulsive force, allowing the locking mechanism to be easily opened.
4、Interlocking Lock: Composed of a main lock and secondary locks, with interlocking functionality between the main and secondary locks. Connecting the two secondary locks locks the main lock. The main lock can only be opened after both secondary locks are unlocked and removed.
5、Number-based locking mechanism: A sliding mechanism is installed on the lock body, with connected holes and slots, allowing for movement and rotation. The number dial and rotary mechanism are connected, and the rotary mechanism contains tooth-shaped or cam-shaped metal blades that can be rotated and moved. once the number is dialed, the lock will automatically open.
