Step 1: First, loosen the circular disc that is tightly attached to the door, then rotate it counterclockwise to move it backward.
Step 2: Rotate the handle of the hand-operated lock a few times, align the small hole, and insert a small tool into the hole to apply pressure, allowing the hand-operated portion to be removed.
Step 3: At this point, you can remove the previously loosened round disc. Drop the two screws inside, and then pull them out from the outside of the door.
II. How to install aluminum alloy handrails.
1、According to the "standard sample," determine the center of the latch and latch tongue, and determine the approximate installation position of the latch.
2、Draw two circles from the two center points, drill one 54mm diameter lock body hole, and then drill a 25mm diameter lock tongue slot.
3. Use the end of the accessory to remove the inner handle.
4. First, insert the latch into the corresponding hole on the side of the lock, and secure it with screws. Then, insert the lock body from the inside, while simultaneously hooking the tail end of the latch, so that the lock body and latch are connected.
5. Adjust the outer adjustment ring position to ensure the center of the handle lock body is located on the center line of the door panel.
6. Insert the inner handle into the handle tube, then press the locating clip at the end of the accessory down to secure it, and finally, push the inner handle in to fix it.
7. If the lock can be opened smoothly using both keys, the lock installation is correct. However, if the lock is difficult to open, there may be an issue with the installation of the inner and outer handles, and adjustments may be necessary.
