One. Installation method for water taps
1、A water filter faucet refers to a small filter device or equipment that is directly installed and suspended on the faucet. The main component is a small filter, which is installed at the outlet of the tap to purify the tap water. The filtered water is not recommended for direct consumption and is typically used for washing vegetables, washing faces, and brushing teeth, etc.
2、Installation of Old-Style Water Filter: First, turn off the faucet. Then, install a universal joint and insert it completely. Next, place the stainless steel ring into the upper 90% of the universal joint. Tighten with a screwdriver. Finally, rotate the connecting piece into the universal joint and connect the water filter.
3、Installation of New Faucet Water Filters: First, remove the filter mesh from the faucet, but do not discard it for future use. Next, rotate the connecting piece into the faucet, and then attach the faucet water filter to the connecting piece until it is securely fastened.
4. The final step is to turn on the switch and flush with water for 20 minutes. Some black-colored water will come out, which is normal and contains a small amount of charcoal powder. Do not drink the water for the first two days. After flushing the water a few times, the water quality will stabilize, and it will be safe to drink.
Two. important considerations for installing a water tap.
1. Do not install in direct sunlight.
2. The recommended application temperature range is 5~45 degrees Celsius. In winter, it is important to prevent freezing.
3. The product cannot be used with hot water. Do not install it behind a water heater.
4、When the water pressure exceeds 0.4 MPa, please install a pressure reducing valve before the product.
5. During installation, ensure the product is securely positioned and stable to prevent it from falling over.
6. Do not remove any parts from the product without authorization, to prevent water leakage and damage to the machine.
7. When installing the filter bottle, ensure the sealing ring fits properly. Apply a lubricant, and tighten the filter bottle vertically (do not tilt or tighten horizontally).
8、PE pipe and fittings must be properly connected.
9、Water inlet three-way connection: All connections must be wrapped with self-adhesive tape.
10. After installation, open the water supply and goose-neck faucet. After the water flows, close the goose-neck faucet. Check for leaks by wiping each connection point with a paper towel.
11. The clean water side and the wastewater side must not be installed in reverse.
12. Do not use power supplies that are not compatible with the rated voltage.
