1、Door frames and doors
The installation of kitchen cabinets should ensure that they are level and plumb, with smooth and easy-to-operate hinges. The gap between cabinets should be less than 4mm.
The doors and drawers open and close smoothly and quietly, with no noise. All handles are securely installed and do not wobble.
The diagonal distance between drawer boxes should not exceed 2 mm, and the gap between the drawer bottom and the drawer runner should be less than 0.5 mm.
The door and drawer surfaces should be parallel. Door and drawer surfaces on the same plane should be parallel and consistent, with a gap between them that does not exceed 2mm. There should be no warping or distortion.
2、Cabinet
When installing floor skirting, the skirting boards at corners must be fitted tightly, and the gaps should not exceed 0.5 millimeters.
The lower cabinets are level and stable, with no visible gaps between adjacent cabinet sides. Each cabinet should have 4 bottom corner legs, and if the gap between the cabinets is greater than 1000mm, an additional leg should be added in the middle.
The back panel should be free of scratches, and the sealing strip should form a seamless joint with no exposed edges.
The connection points between two adjacent lines on the upper edge of a corner cabinet should be made with a tight joint, with a gap not exceeding 0.5 mm. Additionally, the size of the protruding upper edge should be adjusted according to the thickness of the door panel. Typically, the upper edge should be 3 mm wider than the outermost edge of the door panel.
The gap at the corner where the upper cabinet meets the wall panel should not exceed 0.5 mm.
The diagonal error on the large angle should not exceed +/- 2mm, and the flatness tolerance should be within 3mm.
The entire cabinet assembly exhibits consistent horizontal leveling in all four directions. The contact surfaces between adjacent cabinets have no visible gaps, no up-and-down displacement, no lateral deviations, and no cabinet movement.
3、Hanging
- Hanging brackets should not be pressed against the side panels of the hanging cabinet.- The hanging brackets and the fixing nails on the side panels of the hanging cabinet are two 35mm self-tapping nails, and they should be securely fastened together without any movement.
The hanging strips should be horizontally positioned, with a tight and secure connection to the wall. The depth of the wood plug should not be less than 5 cm, and the connection with the wall hole should be firm and secure. The nails used for fixing should not be less than 4 cm in length.
4、Countertop
The countertop should be level in all directions.
The gap between the back wall and the tile wall surface should not exceed 3mm, and should be sealed with sealant.
After the artificial stone is joined, the seams should not be visible from a distance of 2 meters.
5、Hardware
The connection points of metal fasteners and self-tapping screws must be flush and secure, without any loose connections, protruding screws, missing screws, broken screws, or detachment. All components connected by eccentric parts must be in place and securely fastened.
The areas where nails are driven into the back panel should not exhibit any cracking or detachment of the panel or back panel.
The repair of minor scratches and imperfections should be performed according to the functionality of the female switch. No noise should be present, and hinges must be reinforced with reinforcing nails.
Steel ball sliding track: Each piece must be secured with 3 reinforcing nails (excluding debugging nails). The base sliding track also requires 3 reinforcing nails per piece.
After adjusting the position of the magnetic patch, the original nail holes must not be exposed; the substrate must be finished with putty and paint to achieve the optimal state.
6、Pipe diversion
The bypass cut-out for pipes shall not exceed 20 mm in diameter.
The areas where components contact pipes should be sealed using the appropriate kit.
The surface of the cut and processed parts should be smooth and uniform, without any exposed edges, blistering, or peeling. It should not have any gaps or scratches.
Note: In addition to the above, please also ensure that:- The sliding rails should operate smoothly without any unusual noises.- All cabinet panels and back panels must have their cut edges sealed with sealant and then sealed with U-shaped edge trim. The edge trim should be securely fastened and not loose or detached.
