The kitchen hood is a high-risk area, and cleaning the hood requires patience. First, remove the hood and scrape off the grease. Fill a sink with hot water and add baking soda, then submerge the hood for half an hour. Remove and wash thoroughly.

Utilizing the principle of flour absorbing oil, mix flour with water to create a paste, apply it to the range hood, cover with paper towels, and leave for 10 minutes before removing. Clean the surface with water.

Note: Add a few drops of dish soap to the container and fill it 1/3 full with water to prevent stains from sticking to the inner walls, making it easier to clean next time.

2、Gas Stove

Remove the entire gas stove, focusing on the stove frame, leaving the burner opening. Submerge it in hot water, add dish soap, and let it soak for 30 minutes. Allow the grease to detach naturally. Remove and dry the stove. Additionally, use a toothpick to clean the burner opening and use a hairdryer to remove any residue, preventing the burner from becoming clogged and unusable.

Additionally, if cooking oil or soup splatters onto the gas stove, wipe it off immediately with soapy water or soda water while the stove is still warm.

To remove black stains on the walls of the cookware, sprinkle salt and diluted white vinegar on the surface and wipe, but ensure that the cookware is dry first. Note that white vinegar should not be directly added to copper pots, as it can cause oxidation.

Not only does the microwave become clean, but it also smells of lemon!

6、Cutting boards

7、 Utensils

If dishes and cutlery are not cleaned properly, they can easily cause secondary contamination, providing conditions for bacterial growth. Therefore, dishes and cutlery that have been washed with detergent should be rinsed several times with clean water, and then drained or disinfected. It is strongly recommended not to use "dishes washed with detergent." If you have wooden cutlery at home, it is recommended to replace it with stainless steel cutlery, as wooden cutlery can become fuzzy over time and is not ideal.

8、Sinks and Drainage Systems

Cut the grapefruit peel into small pieces, put it in a pot and cook until it boils. After the grapefruit water has cooled slightly, pour it into the drainage pipe. If there is no grapefruit peel, use orange peel instead, and it is best to clean it regularly.

9、Countertops

- Stains from oil, juice, and other substances often appear on countertops, and over time, they can turn yellow. Cleaning countertops should be done according to the material of the countertop. For artificial stone, stains can be easily removed with a toothbrush and toothpaste. For natural stone, it is recommended to use professional cleaning water. If there are scratches, use fine sandpaper to polish. Apply a sealant. Stainless steel countertops can be cleaned normally.

10、Refrigerator

First, disassemble the shelves and clean them with a soapy water solution using a cloth. For the interior walls, use a cloth dampened with baking soda to clean. After cleaning, place orange peels or grapefruit peels inside the refrigerator to absorb odors. Remember to replace the peels regularly. Regularly defrost and clean the freezer to remove thick ice buildup, as this can increase energy consumption.
