One, how much does it cost to unclog a pipe by one meter?
based on the current market situation, the cost of pipeline cleaning typically ranges from tens to hundreds of yuan per meter. This variation in cost is primarily influenced by the following factors: the material of the pipe, the pipe diameter, the working pressure, and the working environment.
Two. Pipeline Debris Removal Process

1、Drainage: Use a slurry pump to remove wastewater from the inspection well to the bottom sediment. Segment the pipelines that need to be cleared, with the segmentation method based on the diameter and length of the pipe. For pipelines with the same diameter between two inspection wells, each segment should be one.
2、Dilute the sludge: Use a high-pressure water jet to flush water into the two sections of the inspection well, and use a cleaning tool to agitate the sludge and wastewater pipe to dilute the sludge. Manual labor must cooperate with the mechanical stirring to continuously agitate the sludge until it is fully diluted in the water.
3. Vacuuming: Use a vacuum truck to remove all mud from both inspection pits. The remaining small amount of mud in both inspection pits is then agitated with high-pressure water to loosen and dilute it, followed by vacuuming.
4、Sealing: Install a plug to seal the inlet of the first working section from above, and then seal the outlet of the downstream inspection well and other pipe openings, leaving only the inlet and outlet of the specified section of the pipe.
5. Cleaning of Drainage System: Use a high-pressure cleaning vehicle to clear the drainage pipes. Extend the high-pressure cleaning vehicle's water hose into the lower portion of the upstream inspection well and direct the spray nozzle towards the direction of water flow in the pipe to flush out the sewage. Continue to suck up the sludge inside the downstream inspection well.
6. Ventilation: Safety is paramount. Ensure adequate ventilation while performing these tasks to maintain a clean and circulating air environment, guaranteeing safe operation and protecting our health.
7. Hazard Identification and Mitigation: The most crucial task is to identify and eliminate potential hazards. This proactive approach aims to prevent accidents and ensure safety from the outset, enabling us to achieve our goals effectively.
III. Acceptance Criteria for Pipeline Debris Removal
The quality acceptance standards for cleaning and clearing drainage pipes are based on standard 3.3.13 in the "Technical Regulations for the Operation and Maintenance of Safety of Urban Drainage Pipes and Pumping Stations" (CJJ68-2016):
| Standards for the Quality of Drainage Pipe and Facility Cleaning, Clearing, and Maintenance | ||
| Inspection items | Inspection method | Quality Requirements |
| Residual sludge | CCTV (Television Detection) | After clearing, the accumulated sediment depth should not exceed 1/8 of the pipe diameter or the net height of the channel. |
| Inspection well | Visual inspection | The well wall should be free of scale buildup; the bottom of the well should be free of hard particles and accumulated mud. |
| Work site | Visual inspection | Remove loose debris and hard particles from the work site; clean the work surface. |
