I.How to use pipe unclogging agents effectively?
Toilet blockage:
1、 Pour one bottle into the entrance, followed by approximately 1 kilogram of water. Allow the product to fully dissolve and then slowly penetrate the blockage.
2. After the water level has decreased, add an appropriate amount of water to push the dissolved solution to the blocked pipe location. After 1 hour, the pipe can be cleared by flushing with a large amount of water.
Dishwasher blockage:
1、Pour 200 grams of drain cleaning agent directly into the pipe and add an amount of water equivalent to one bottle of mineral water.
2. After pouring, directly press the pipe opening with an object to compact it, causing approximately 80 degrees Celsius of heat and the generation of a large amount of gas, which will flush away the blockage downwards. After a few minutes, the blockage will be cleared.
II.Proper usage of drain cleaning agents
1、First, pour 200ml of water into the pipe. Then, add approximately 40g of the pipe-clearing agent. If there is a large amount of wastewater accumulating in the pipe, causing water to overflow, this can negatively impact the effectiveness of the pipe-clearing agent. Therefore, it is generally necessary to first clean the water accumulated in the pipe and then add the pipe-clearing agent.
2. After pouring the drain cleaner into the pipe, the drain cleaner will begin to boil. Subsequently, allow approximately 30 minutes, and then pour a large quantity of water into the pipe. This usually clears the blockage.
3. If the pipes are still clogged, you can fill a bucket with water and pour it into the pipes all at once. This will increase the pressure inside the pipes, which can help to clear the blockage. Alternatively, you can use a rubber mallet to apply pressure to the pipe opening, which can also help to clear the blockage.
4. When using a drain cleaner to unclog a drain, the specific amount to use should be determined based on the instructions and the actual clogging situation. For example, when unclogging a sink or basin, approximately 30 to 50 grams of drain cleaner is typically needed.
5. Do not pour large amounts of drain cleaner into the pipe at once. When pouring, slowly add the appropriate amount of water to prevent the drain cleaner from producing a strong splashing reaction. Due to the strong corrosive nature of drain cleaner, it is best to wear gloves and a mask when using it.
