One、Method for applying shell powder paint
Common methods for applying shell powder coatings include: brushing, rolling, spraying, and troweling.
The main construction process is as follows: Pour the prepared base material into a container, add water, and mix thoroughly for use. Apply the thoroughly mixed base material to the pre-treated wall surface. Using a scale, measure out the appropriate amount of the color system selected by the customer, mix it to the desired color, and then add it to the container along with the seashell powder coating, along with the appropriate amount of water, and mix thoroughly for use. The pre-mixed seashell powder coating can be applied to the wall using a roller.
Note: Before applying shell powder coating on the wall, the underlying surface, which has been coated with the base material, must be completely dry. Additionally, after the shell powder coating is applied to the wall, the wall surface must be completely dry before any further handling or operation is performed.
II. Requirements for applying seashell powder paint on walls
1、Before construction, prepare the construction site. Apply a primer or base oil to the substrate surface to effectively prevent cracking and color variations in the finished surface.
2、Strictly addTap water according to the specified ratio, and thoroughly mix with an electric mixer (add warm water in winter).
3. Avoid direct sunlight exposure during construction to prevent affecting the construction quality.
4、It is not recommended to construct in environments below 0°C. Construction temperature should be ≥5°C and humidity should be ≤85%.
5、Shell powder wall panels are one-piece molded, requiring 24 hours of maintenance in summer after completion and 48 hours in winter.
6. During maintenance, collisions must be avoided. If a collision occurs during maintenance, repairs will create seams, which will affect the overall aesthetic appearance.
