What material is PEX pipe made of?

Polybutene (PB) is a high-performance, inert polymer with excellent thermal stability, durability, chemical resistance, and plasticity. It is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic, making it one of the most advanced chemical materials available. This material is lightweight, flexible, corrosion-resistant, and particularly suitable for pressure pipes due to its high-temperature resistance. It can be used at 95°C continuously, with a maximum operating temperature of 110°C. The pipe surface has a roughness of 0.007, does not accumulate deposits, and does not require insulation. It protects water quality and provides excellent performance.
