3、The primer and topcoat are not compatible, and excessive drying occurs during the drying process.
Solutions for color variation in fluorocarbon coatings:
1. Regarding paint float: This can be achieved by reducing the pigment density difference and improving pigment dispersion. Adding a small amount of silicone-based additive can prevent the formation of surface tension differences caused by the evaporation of solvents, thereby eliminating flow.
2. Regarding paint bleeding: Adjust the primer, and use pigments with strong solvent resistance. Reduce the solvent solubility in the topcoat. A transition sealing layer can be sprayed between the primer and the topcoat.
3、For defective areas: First, smooth the defective areas, then repaint with the correct color.
