High-temperature decomposition methods include open flames, hot cleaning ovens, fluidized bed furnaces, molten salt baths, and lasers.
3、Chemical Stripping Method
Chemically removing coatings typically involves two methods: one involves completely removing the coating from the substrate surface, exposing the base material. This is often used for high-end appliances, electroplated silver coatings, and fixtures like hooks. The other method involves removing only the damaged or deteriorated coating while preserving the functional coating. This approach is suitable for applications like furniture spraying, where if sand particles appear, they can be removed and the surface re-sprayed.
