1.Industrial PaintHow to remove
If industrial paint gets on your hands or clothes, ordinary laundry detergents or cleaning agents may not be effective in removing it immediately. Here are some commonly used methods for removing small areas of paint:
1、Coolant oil or lard:First, identify the type of paint that has adhered. If it is a common water-based paint, you can simply remove it with water. If the garment is valuable, avoid damaging the fabric; for non-water-based paints, apply insect repellent (such as mosquito repellent) directly to the paint-stained area, wait a few minutes, and then wipe with a cotton ball along the fabric's texture. Finally, wash with water. If the nylon fabric is stained with paint, it is recommended to wipe with lard and then wash with laundry detergent.

2、Alcohol or other solvents:Alcohol can only remove water-based paints. To remove oil-based paints, solvents such as gasoline, toluene, xylene, acetone, and butyl acetate are required.
3、White liquor + alcohol:If latex paint accidentally gets on your clothes, you can use its ability to dissolve in various solutions. Soak the affected area in a solution of 60°C white liquor or a 8:2 mixture of alcohol (95%) and water for approximately 30 minutes, then wash with water until clean. Finally, rinse with clean water.
4、Gasoline or thinner:If stained with red paint, it can be removed by using solvents such as gasoline or other thinners. Alternatively, paint stripping solutions can also be used, which provide good results.
5、Mineral spirits + Acetic acid:Apply a degreasing agent immediately after applying the paint, followed by a diluted vinegar solution, and then clean with water. Dried paint on clothing is easier to remove. To remove paint, add 2.5 kg of water, 100g of washing soda, and a small amount of lime to the pot, and immerse the clothing for 20 minutes. Remove and wash with soap to remove the paint. This method is most effective on white clothing; do not use on colored clothing.
6、 Turpentine or Banana Peel Water:For fresh stains, use turpentine or banana water to clean the affected area, then wipe with gasoline. For old stains, soak the affected area in a 10-20% ammonia or borax solution to dissolve the residue and then scrub clean.
Two. What methods can be used to quickly remove industrial paint?
1、 Apply the diluent to the paint, and after the diluent has been absorbed, clean the paint with water.
2. Soak the surface with a 10-20% ammonia solution or a 2% borax solution, allow it to dissolve, and then gently wipe and scrub until the paint comes off.
3. Apply a small amount of turpentine to the paint stains and rub back and forth, allowing the paint to detach. Then, wash clean with water.
4、Apply a small amount of gasoline to a cloth, then wipe the paint.
