One、Ultra-thin steel structure fire-resistant coating

Coating thickness less than 3mm.

Ultra-thin steel structure fire-resistant coating is one of the earliest ultra-thin fire-resistant products in China, developed using a new technology route. Upon exposure to fire, it expands and foams, forming a spongy carbonized layer to prevent heat from transferring to the substrate, thereby protecting the steel structure from softening and collapse within a certain time.

Ultra-thin steel structure fire-resistant coatings are widely used for fire protection of steel structures in large industrial and mining plants, various stadiums and exhibition halls, and other steel structures.

The application temperature for ultra-thin steel structure fire-resistant coating is 0-50℃, with relative humidity ≤85%. Multiple coats must be applied in stages based on the drying condition of the coating (avoid rain and direct sunlight during application). The coating thickness is determined according to fire protection regulations.

II. Thin-Film Steel Structure Fire-Resistant Coating

Coating thickness ranges from 3-7mm.

Thin-film steel structure fire-resistant coating. Applied to the surface of steel components, the coating expands and foams upon exposure to fire, forming a carbonized, fire-resistant, and insulating protective layer that isolates oxygen, delays the heating rate of the steel structure, and thus increases the fire resistance time of the steel structure.

Thin steel structure fire-resistant coating can meet the fire protection requirements of 0.5h~2.5h fire resistance, suitable for supporting single-layer columns, beams, and roof structural elements, as well as evacuation staircases in buildings with fire resistance levels of 1st to 4th class; steel structural elements for supporting single-layer and multi-layer columns, beams, roof structural elements, and evacuation staircases in buildings with fire resistance levels of 2nd to 4th class.

During construction and before the coating dries and hardens, the ambient temperature should be maintained between 5~45℃, with relative humidity not exceeding 90%, and good ventilation should be ensured. Construction should not be carried out on surfaces with condensation.

Three. Fire-resistant coatings for thick steel structures

Coating thickness ranges from 7 to 45 mm.

This product is a thick-coat fire-resistant coating specifically designed and manufactured for fire protection of steel structural members with a fire resistance rating of Level 1.

After applying a thick steel structure fire-resistant coating to the surface of steel components, the coating forms a fire-resistant and insulating protective layer due to its inherent non-combustibility and low thermal conductivity when exposed to fire, thereby delaying the direct attack of fire on the load-bearing components and effectively increasing the fire resistance of the steel structure. Suitable for fireproofing and protection of steel structure load-bearing components in various new, expansion, and renovation industrial and civil construction projects.

During construction and before the coating dries and hardens, the ambient temperature should be maintained between 5~45℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. Good ventilation is required. Construction should not be carried out on surfaces with condensation. During construction, the thickness of the coating should be measured regularly according to the fire resistance limit.
