1、Introduction
K11 Universal Waterproof Mortar is a proprietary formulation developed through scientific research, combining high polymer emulsion with inorganic powder to create a polymer-modified composite waterproof mortar. It is a two-component mortar, with the powder composed of high-quality cement, selected quartz sand, and a unique high polymer polymer. It also provides double waterproofing functionality by creating a uniform surface on the substrate.
2、Features

II. JS Waterproof Coating Material
1、Introduction
JS Waterproof Coating is an organic liquid material composed of polymer emulsions such as polyacrylic acid ester emulsion and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion, along with various additives, and inorganic fillers such as cement, silica sand, and light-to-heavy calcium carbonate, and various additives, which are formulated through appropriate mixing and compounding. It is a two-component, water-based architectural waterproofing coating.

High-temperature resistant (140℃), particularly suitable for waterproofing roads and bridges.

1、Introduction

2、Features
Suitable for wet surface application;
- Water-based dispersion medium, non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly.
One-component, cold-applied, can be applied using brush, roller, spray, or scraper methods.
Exhibits excellent aging resistance, elongation, elasticity, adhesion, and film-forming properties.
3. Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproofing projects in non-permanently submerged environments such as roofs, walls, bathrooms, and basements.

IV. Polyurethane Waterproof Coating
1. Introduction
Polyurethane waterproof coating is a single-component polyurethane waterproof coating made by adding isocyanates, polyethers, etc., through addition polymerization, along with catalysts, anhydrous additives, anhydrous fillers, and solvents, through mixing and other processes.
2、Features
- Strong bonding to the substrate- The polymer material in the coating can penetrate into fine cracks in the substrate, providing excellent adhesion;
The coating exhibits excellent flexibility, with high tensile strength and good adaptability to substrate expansion or cracking.
Excellent weather resistance, does not flow at high temperatures, does not crack at low temperatures, outstanding aging resistance, resistant to oil, abrasion, ozone, and acid/alkaline corrosion.
