I. Construction Process for Anti-Corrosion Coatings
Rust removal → Cleaning → Anti-corrosion primer → Inspection and repair → Anti-corrosion topcoat → Inspection and repair → Reapply anti-corrosion topcoat.
II. Construction Process Steps for Anti-Corrosion Coatings

1、Rust removal
Thoroughly clean the substrate. Use dedicated equipment to grind or sandblast away rust, or use abrasive blasting. After rust removal, the substrate must not have any rust spots. Remove oil, grease, sand, iron sand, and metal oxides. After rust removal, apply a waterproof primer within six hours. If the substrate has already started to rust, it must be re-ground and rust-free before applying the primer.
2、Cleaning
Prior to application, the substrate must be free of rust, moisture, and standing water. Thorough cleaning of substrate joints, uneven areas, and concealed corners is required. The substrate must remain stable, level, and free of cracks. Any uneven or cracked areas must be reinforced before application. Maintain cleanliness throughout the process.
3、Primer
Prior to application, the substrate must be clean and free from debris. Application should not be performed in wet or rainy conditions. Use dedicated high-pressure spraying equipment for application. The construction material must be free from any sediment. Open the packaging container and use the material within the same day. Ensure that the high-pressure spraying equipment is free from any blockages during application. The spraying process must be uniform, without any accumulation or omissions.
4、Inspect and repair areas that require additional application.
Carefully inspect areas such as corners, seams, horizontal and vertical overlaps, and ventilation openings for weak points in roof waterproofing. If there are uneven coatings or no coating at all, promptly apply anti-corrosion coating.
