1、The wood should be dried to the appropriate moisture content and free of aromatic oils or resins.
2、After the putty and the underlying coating have fully dried, apply the anti-corrosion coating.
3. Wood joints and wood pores should be filled with putty powder, then smoothed and polished before applying a protective coating.
4. It is best to clean the surface of the substrate with a clean cloth to remove any debris. Avoid touching the surface with your hands. once the surface is clean, you can apply the anti-corrosion coating.
5、The viscosity of the anti-corrosion material should be appropriate for application.
6. When applying anti-corrosion coatings, avoid back-and-forth dragging. First, apply horizontally, then vertically, and finally, apply in the direction of the wood grain.
7. Regularly remove moisture from the compressor and install an oil-water separator.
8. For smaller bubbles, allow the coating to dry completely, then smooth the surface with fine sandpaper, and apply a topcoat to fill any remaining imperfections.
