One、How to install carbonized wood wall panels
1、Install horizontal and vertical support beams
When installing carbonized wood wall panels, we first measure the wall's height and width, mark the locations for drilling, and fix the vertical studs. Then, we attach the horizontal studs to the wall using expansion screws (nylon-based screws are preferred for their resistance to aging). If using iron expansion tubes, they should be coated with anti-rust paint before installation.
2、Install carbonized wood wall panels
Hang the carbonized wood wall panels on the supporting frame.
3、Install corner treatments for walls
Carbonized wood wall panels are typically installed as flat panels. Due to this, there are rarely any wavy or other shaped panels. Therefore, when installing carbonized wood wall panels on flat walls, how should you handle corners?

This installation problem can be solved using materials with both positive and negative angles. In wall corners, the protruding part is called a positive angle, and the recessed part is called a negative angle.
The installation methods are dry mounting and adhesive mounting. To ensure the performance of the wallboard after installation, dry mounting is recommended.
Two. important installation considerations for carbonized wood wall panels.
1、Ensure the wall surface is clean.
Before installing carbonized wood wall panels, it is essential to thoroughly clean the wall surface and ensure it is smooth, clean, and dry.
2、Accurately measure the dimensions.
When designing the size of wall panels, it is essential to ensure that each section of the wall surface is accurately cut and aligned before attempting to install it. After adjustments, the panels should be fastened, avoiding issues such as uneven edges, uneven surfaces, and gaps between panels.
3. The wall surface should be treated to prevent moisture.
Although carbonized wood is resistant to corrosion and water, proper moisture protection of the wall surface can better protect the wall panels from damage.
4、Pull wire inspection of the top plate
Before commencing formal construction, it is essential to run a line along the wall panel to check for any issues, such as unevenness in the top support strips, differences in height, or cracking. Address any identified problems promptly.
5、Ensure that corners are both plumb and level.
At the corners of the wall panels, which are critical and challenging areas, special attention must be paid to ensure that the corners are perfectly vertical and horizontal, and that the seams are formed at a 45-degree angle.
6、Kick out and press strips should be closely attached to the panel.
The baseboards and trim should be flush with the panel, with no large gaps. The spacing between nails securing the baseboards or trim should generally not exceed 300mm. The nail heads should be hammered flat, with a depth of 0.5-1.0mm into the panel, and the nail holes should be filled with the same color oil-based putty.
