One, How to install solar panels
1、 Stringing
based on the elevation markings and the dimensions and centerline of the solar panel roof, the main supporting structure position line for the solar panel roof is determined.
2、Pre-embedded components
According to the elevation control lines for the solar panel roof structure main frame, check the surface elevation of the opening on the top of the lintel to ensure it meets the design requirements. If there are any discrepancies, remove and repair with high-strength cement mortar or apply an interface treatment agent to achieve the required surface level. After the mortar has cured to the required strength, use the detailed design drawings to determine the location and dimensions of the expansion bolts. Then, drill holes and install the expansion bolts, and fix the steel plate to the bolts. Finally, project the center line of the main frame onto the embedded steel plate.
3、Install the main frame
After assembling the galvanized square steel pipe main frame on the roof, the frames are manually positioned and secured using a plumb bob to ensure vertical alignment. Temporary supports are then used to weld the frame to pre-embedded steel plates. once both ends of the main frame are secured, three longitudinal support wires are strung vertically between the two ends, spanning 1500mm (measured from the support seat at each end). Finally, the remaining support wires are installed individually, one at a time, from one end to the other until the entire structure is complete.
4、Install the secondary support frame
once the main steel framework of the solar panel ceiling is installed and fixed, the secondary steel framework is installed and adjusted to its correct position and level, then welded and fixed to the main framework. While installing the solar panels, a moisture-resistant agent is also installed.
5、Install solar panels
According to the design layout, install the pre-cut exterior solar panels, ensuring that the edges, vertical joints, and horizontal joints of the solar panels are aligned on a single line after installation.
6、Apply adhesive and install compression strips.
After thoroughly inspecting the quality of the outer layer solar panel installation, install the outer layer Golden Three Sun solar panels, followed by applying weather-resistant adhesive, and then install the specialized aluminum alloy pressing strips. The spacing and positioning of the screws used for installing the pressing strips must comply with the requirements specified in the drawings.
7、Install the inner layer solar panel.
According to the drawing specifications, install the prefabricated solar panel. During installation, clean the upper surface of the solar panel with a white towel, and ensure that the inner surface of the solar panel is also clean before installation to prevent contamination and ensure a clean surface for optimal performance.
Two. important installation considerations for solar panels.
1. Before installation, do not remove the protective film for the solar panel. Instead, lift the protective film approximately 50mm along the edge of the panel, and immediately remove the film after installation. If further protection is required, first remove the film and then reapply it.
2. During installation, the construction organizer must ensure that the operator clearly understands the instructions and precautions printed on the protective film, and especially pay attention to which side should be facing outwards. It is crucial to avoid incorrect installation.
3. The sealing material must not damage the PC solar panel.
4、The sealing tape should exhibit good weather resistance and maintain its adhesion and mechanical strength over a long period.
5. Do not grind or use strong alkaline cleaners on solar panels. Do not use a stiff brush to clean the surface, as this may cause surface defects.
