1. First, check whether the cut dimensions and pre-allocated expansion allowances for the solar panel canopy are appropriate, paying particular attention to ensuring sufficient and uniform expansion gaps. The calculation formula is as follows: Total expansion gap = Expansion coefficient * Maximum temperature before and after installation * Board length.
2、In the installation of solar panel canopies, the sections of the panels held by formwork supports must have at least one rib, or the edges of the panels held by formwork supports must be at least 20mm.
3、Identify the surface of the solar panel awning that provides UV protection, and install it with the protective surface facing outwards. It is strictly prohibited to install the protective surface facing inwards.
4. Before installation, remove the protective film around the boards by 30-50mm, ensuring that the profiles do not trap the film, but also avoid removing too much to prevent damage to the board surface due to handling.
5、When tightening self-tapping screws, apply even pressure to ensure that the gasket and the panel are truly compressed and sealed.
6、When installing sunboard roofing materials using cold-bent profiles, the minimum bending radius shall not be less than 17.5 times the thickness of the profile material.
7、The solar panel awning material can only be bent in the direction of the rib reinforcement.
8、The solar panel awning material should be installed at an angle, with the ribs aligned in the direction of the ribs, which facilitates the drainage of condensation water.
9、After installing the panels, immediately remove the protective film. If the panels require protection during construction, remove the protective film first, and then reapply it.
10、After installing the boards, a self-inspection should be conducted, with particular attention paid to the spray test. Check for leaks and address any potential issues immediately. After addressing any leaks, inspect the appearance and quality of the installation.
11、During the installation of the panels, it is strictly prohibited to step on the panel surface. When operating, a movable platform that spans across the panels must be used.
